About YEAL

Since 2002, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Laos has united, strengthened and advanced young entrepreneurs across the nation.

Our story

Founded to unite young entrepreneurs — and help them lead

YEAL was officially established on 29 January 2002 under the approval of the Party Central Committee, with the Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union Central Committee as its direct leading organisation.

Our purpose is to bring young entrepreneurs of every ethnicity together — to exchange lessons, support one another and grow strong enough to cooperate and compete internationally, while contributing to the nation’s development and prosperity.

What YEAL does for Laos
